Case Studies

City of Pflugerville

In partnership with engineers at Garver, we assisted the City of Pflugerville in obtaining Drinking Water State Revolving Funding and becoming the first utility in Texas to receive funding from the EPA’s Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act.

City of Cotulla

In partnership with Seagull PME, EJA conducted an economic survey to help the City of Cotulla document their economically disadvantaged community status. This project will help the City of Cotulla qualify for grant funding available through the State Revolving Fund programs.

Texas Water Development Board

We support the Texas Water Development Board to rate and rank applications for the Clean Water State Revolving Fund loans and grants. This includes infrastructure improvements, planning, design, acquisition and construction for expansion, non-point source pollution prevention, and estuary management.
EJA wrote the technical documentation to guide water and wastewater systems through the State Revolving Fund application process.
